Marin County

Marin County is located just across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco within the vibrant Bay Area. Marin is a very desirable place to live and work and approximately 85% of the land has been preserved as parks, open space, tidelands and protected agricultural land. Almost all of the 250,000 residents live within small historic cities and towns located along Highway 101 in the eastern portion of the county.
